We live in strange times..
“Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference”
While Lockdown is in place many have not been able to earn monies to cover expenses.
The Paddlers who normally support the swims are part of this group affected.
Currently the Paddler support team is 10 individuals who take turns in providing support for the swims.
During the swim many are partly aware of their presence. When difficulties arise those affected are relieved that they are there to assist.
This is our time to be there for them.
Monies received from entries will be directed to support them.

This route has something for everyone.
The start is in the shallows, direction of swim is clockwise around 4 buoys, finish is in the shallows.
To give you a feel of what longer distance feels like a square course has been demarcated off 4th beach.. You have 60minutes to see how many laps you can do.. No rocks.. no reefs.. beyond the waves.. 😉
Swim past shallow buoy 5 and continue to shallow buoy 6.
Left-shoulder turn around buoy 6 and aim for the finish bobber buoys in the shallows. Timing stops here.
Collect sequenced finish tag and proceed to the recorder’s desk where your RaceNumber, Name and Category will be taken.
